In this paper, a structural policy management engine has been introduced to enhance the reliability of managing different policies in clouds and to provide standard as well as dedicated security levels (rings) based on the capabilities of the cloud provider and the requirements of cloud customers. Cloud security ontology (CSON) is an object-oriented framework defined to manage and enable appropriate communication between the potential security terms of cloud service providers. CSON uses two super classes to establish appropriate mapping between the requirements of cloud customers and the capabilities of the service provider."],["dc.identifier.doi","10.1145/3312614.3312633"],["dc.identifier.uri","https://resolver.sub.uni-goettingen.de/purl?gro-2/62712"],["dc.language.iso","en"],["dc.relation.conference","International Conference on Omni-Layer Intelligent Systems"],["dc.relation.eventend","2019-05-07"],["dc.relation.eventlocation","Crete, Greece"],["dc.relation.eventstart","2019-05-05"],["dc.relation.ispartof","COINS '19 Proceedings of the International Conference on Omni-Layer Intelligent Systems"],["dc.relation.orgunit","Gesellschaft für wissenschaftliche Datenverarbeitung"],["dc.title","Cloud Security Distributary Set (CSDS): A Policy-Based Framework to Define Multi-Level Security Structure in Clouds"],["dc.type","conference_paper"],["dc.type.internalPublication","yes"],["dspace.entity.type","Publication"]]

Lack of coincidence in identity management models based on defined policies and various security levels in different cloud servers is one of the most challenging issues in clouds. In this paper, a policy-based user authentication model has been presented to provide a reliable and scalable identity management and to map cloud users\\’ access requests with defined polices of cloud servers. In the proposed schema several components are provided to define access policies by cloud servers, to apply policies based on a structural and reliable ontology, to manage user identities and to semantically map access requests by cloud users with defined polices."],["dc.identifier.doi","10.1007/978-3-319-99819-0_9"],["dc.identifier.uri","https://resolver.sub.uni-goettingen.de/purl?gro-2/57381"],["dc.language.iso","en"],["dc.notes.status","final"],["dc.publisher","Springer"],["dc.relation.crisseries","Lecture Notes in Computer Science"],["dc.relation.isbn","978-3-319-99818-3"],["dc.relation.ispartof","Service-Oriented and Cloud Computing."],["dc.relation.orgunit","Gesellschaft für wissenschaftliche Datenverarbeitung"],["dc.title","A Multi-level Policy Engine to Manage Identities and Control Accesses in Cloud Computing Environment"],["dc.type","book_chapter"],["dc.type.internalPublication","yes"],["dspace.entity.type","Publication"]]
