In view of the current discussion, in anticipation of a detailed presentation of the study results the relevant criteria \"probation behavior\", \"personality characteristics\" and \"prognosis quality\" are picked out. The results are evaluated with respect to knowledge of the restrictions conditioned by the study regarding the usefulness for the prognosis of reoffending. The results of this study suggest that it might be useful to describe psychological criteria for the not seriously reoffending group of probands."],["dc.identifier.doi","10.1007/s00115-012-3557-y"],["dc.identifier.isi","000316223200007"],["dc.identifier.pmid","22588561"],["dc.identifier.uri","https://resolver.sub.uni-goettingen.de/purl?gro-2/30559"],["dc.notes.status","zu prĂĽfen"],["dc.notes.submitter","Najko"],["dc.publisher","Springer"],["dc.relation.issn","0028-2804"],["dc.title","Legal probation after deferred retrospective preventive detention. The current methods lack of validity and reliability. In the last decade the amount of neurobiological investigations in pedophilia accelerates, however, the results are very heterogeneous.
