A correlation coefficient (CC) of more than 25% between the native structure factors and those calculated from the polyalanine trace appears to be a reliable indicator of success and has already been exploited in a number of pipelines. Here, a more detailed account of this usage of SHELXE for molecular-replacement solutions is given."],["dc.identifier.doi","10.1107/S0907444913027534"],["dc.identifier.isi","000326648900012"],["dc.identifier.pmid","24189237"],["dc.identifier.purl","https://resolver.sub.uni-goettingen.de/purl?gs-1/11088"],["dc.identifier.uri","https://resolver.sub.uni-goettingen.de/purl?gro-2/28334"],["dc.notes.status","zu prüfen"],["dc.notes.submitter","Najko"],["dc.publisher","Wiley-blackwell"],["dc.relation.issn","1399-0047"],["dc.relation.issn","0907-4449"],["dc.rights.access","openAccess"],["dc.subject.mesh","Algorithms"],["dc.subject.mesh","Amino Acid Substitution"],["dc.subject.mesh","Biological Markers"],["dc.subject.mesh","Concanavalin A"],["dc.subject.mesh","Crystallography, X-Ray"],["dc.subject.mesh","Macromolecular Substances"],["dc.subject.mesh","Models, Molecular"],["dc.subject.mesh","Peptide Fragments"],["dc.subject.mesh","Peptides"],["dc.subject.mesh","Protein Structure, Tertiary"],["dc.subject.mesh","Reproducibility of Results"],["dc.subject.mesh","Scattering, Small Angle"],["dc.subject.mesh","Software"],["dc.subject.mesh","X-Ray Diffraction"],["dc.title","Extending molecular-replacement solutions with SHELXE"],["dc.type","journal_article"],["dc.type.internalPublication","yes"],["dc.type.peerReviewed","yes"],["dc.type.status","published"],["dc.type.version","published_version"],["dspace.entity.type","Publication"]]Details DOI PMID PMC WOS
