Abstract
For a better understanding of the mode of action of duocarmycin and its analogs, the novel fluorescent duocarmycin derivatives 1315 and 17b19b were synthesized, and their bioactivity as well as their cellular uptake investigated using confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) in live-cell imaging experiments.
