AEUP Annual Meeting, October 17th, 2019; with Activities Report 2018/19

AEUP is an organisation of and for University Presses across Europe to help them build stronger relationships between them, to co-operate and share knowledge in order to reach common goals and to jointly address important issues in a currently dynamic time in publishing. The Annual meeting of the association takes place during the Frankfurt Book fair. This year’s annual meeting was held on Thursday, October 17, from 2 till 4 pm.<strong> </strong>From 2 till 3 pm, it was a members only assembly. Topics were the AEUP activities report, reports on economic status, 2nd AEUP Conference in Brno Czech Republic, 13–14 June 2019, survey, strategies etc. From 3 till 4 pm, the meeting was open to all interested parties. The second part mainly focused on discussions on suggested AEUP activities in 2020 and on an exchange with guests from Latin America.
