Die Niedersächsische Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Göttingen (SUB Göttingen) ist diesem Wunsch nachgegangen und ist nach der Konzeptionsphase damit befasst, eine umfangreiche Lösung anzubieten.Bei der Umsetzung wurde auf ein agiles Vorgehen bei der Entwicklung Wert gelegt, um auf die Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Stakeholder am Campus eingehen zu können. Diese haben die unterschiedlichsten technischen, inhaltlichen und organisatorischen Anforderungen an ein Publikationsdatenmanagement. Zum einem soll es den Forschenden im Mittelpunkt haben, die die komplette Hoheit über ihre Daten besitzen. Zum Anderen soll sie eine möglichst vollständige Bibliographie sein, die den wissenschaftlichen Output der Hochschule über standardisierte Schnittstellen abbildet. Allein diese beiden Anforderungen führen zu großen Herausforderungen, da sie teilweise konträres Vorgehen bedeuten.Das technische Open-Source-System - DSpace-CRIS - bietet schon viele der gefragten Feature out-of-the-box an. Andere Anpassungen mussten durch das Team der SUB Göttingen ergänzt werden. So war die Darstellung der Publikationslisten in fachspezifische Zitationsstilen ein wichtiger Punkt, um den Forschenden am Standort Publikationslisten für ihre Webseiten anbieten zu können. Um den Import der Publikationsdaten so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten, bietet das System u.a. eine vollständige Integration mit ORCID an, um die Daten automatisiert in beide Richtungen synchronisieren zu können. The platform has been developed as part of the IMPACT project, providing a range of tools and services for transforming physical documents into digital resources. It explains the main drivers in developing the technical framework and its architecture, how and by whom it can be used and presents some initial results. The main idea lies in setting up an interoperable and distributed infrastructure based on loose coupling of tools via web services that are wrapped in modular workflow templates which can be executed, combined and evaluated in many different ways. As the workflows are registered through a Web 2.0 environment, which is integrated with a workflow management system, users can easily discover, share, rate and tag workflows and thereby support the building of capacity across the whole community.
